Starting a project in JMSCoud (preferred method) and sending back to JMS V2 using the 'Ready to quote' button will auto fill the 'Project number' field on the 'Job details' screen in V2. This 'Project number' field is a new addition and can be copied to the 'existing 'Job number' field on the 'Job Details' screen if required.
The JMSCloud 'Project number' does not get printed on any reports from JMS V2, but will be shown in a new column in the 'Open a job' screen.
To access this screen, click on 'Jobs' > 'Open'. The 'Open a job' screen will be displayed, you will see the new 'project number' column that is searchable in the usual manner.
When using any of the 'Save' options, the 'Job title' (as entered in the 'Job details' screen) will be used for the 'Job name'. You are still able to overwrite this should you wish to do so.
